This is our best selling cocktail year round

Gnaw Bone Straight Bourbon Whiskey 1.5 oz
Wilks & Wilson Ginger Elixir 1.0 oz
Fresh Squeezed Lime 1.0 oz
Club Soda 2-3 oz

How to make: squeeze 1/2 lime into class, add ice, Ginger Elixir, Bourbon and Club Soda. Shake well to combine all ingredients, pour into class and enjoy.

May substitute Liar's Bench Rye Whiskey for an even spicier version.
